Since we produce every product on demand, our return policy does not offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size. Nor can we offer exchanges for buyers subsequently choosing a different product. Also, we cannot be responsible for undelivered merchandise due to the customer providing an incorrect mailing address or merchandise withheld by international customs.
